MERCER ISLAND

Mercer Island is located on an island in the southern portion of Lake Washington with Seattle located to its west and Bellevue located to its east. Mercer Island is connected to the mainland on either side via bridges carrying I-90. Mercer Island is a prime location for the Blue Angels performance during Seattle’s summer Seafair celebration. Luther Burbank Park covers 77 acres of land and has ¾ miles of waterfront. Paul Allen is one of the most notable residents on Mercer Island.
