Issaquah is located east of Bellevue down 1-90. Major employers include Costco, Siemens Medical Solutions, GoldSim Technology Group, a Microsoft Campus and Darigold. The neighboring highlands feature hiking trails and outdoor activity throughout the three mountains surrounding Issaquah: Tiger Mountain, Cougar Mountain and Squak Mountain. There are also many cultural and historical activities to be found in the town of Issaquah itself including Village Theatre and the very popular Salmon Days Festival.
